The home benefits from a lovely, bright conservatory, overlooking the gardens to the rear, and a beautiful new extension that has been added to the front of the building. The front of the building features a patio area where residents can sit and relax on sunny days. The home also boasts two spacious lounge areas for residents to relax in, along with a spacious dining room, and we have both a regular passenger lift and stair chair lift for the benefit of residents who cannot climb stairs. Our seasonal menu changes on a 4-weekly cycle and is designed to ensure that residents enjoy a well-balanced, nutritious diet. Our menu's may vary slightly depending on the client's needs/like's. The care at Blair Park Care Home is great, all the staff are friendly and helpful and the manager is approachable should I have any questions about my mother's care. The furniture and room are modern and her room is always well cleaned and tidy. There is a fantastic patio area for people to go outside and the food is varied and of a good standard.
Our experience with the team at Blair Park care home has been very professional, empathetic and efficient towards the care that my Mother has received whilst being a resident since June 2023. I feel relaxed regarding her safety and security. The team really care about the welfare of the residents. There is a good routine for meal times and the food that is served seems to be to her liking. Her room is decorated well and comfortable. The car parking has just been improved, which has made it easier when I visit my mother. The activities that she does get involved in she enjoys e.g. the sponsored walk last September. I would recommend Blair Park Care Home in sittingbourne to provide a service to any other relatives without hesitation.
Mum has been at Blair Park Care Home for over three years now. Throughout the whole period of Mum's stay, her care has been excellent. They understand her little quirks and roll with them, whilst still ensuring that she is safe and happy. During Mum's time here there have been substantial improvements to the fabric of the home. There are activities during the day and everyone is encouraged to join in. We are able to visit or take her out whenever we wish without prior arrangement. Food is very good, there are choices for the main meals. Drinks, both hot and cold, are plentiful and fluid intake levels are carefully monitored. I like the regular family meetings which are held so that we know the next big thing planned at Blair Park and also, who the key staff are. I had concerns when Mum first moved in but there was always someone to speak to and reassure me. This reassurance continues as her dementia progresses. Thank you to everyone there.
What can we say about this care home, little gem in Milton Regis? My mother-in-law had only been in there since 1at September 2023 and the staff cared and looked after her fantastically in the short time that she was there, they went above and beyond with every part of her day by day care. Always plenty of activities and events for patients and staff. Not once did she complain about moving in, they made her feel as if she was part of a family.
Mum has been at the care home now for more than four years. Staff have always been considerate and helpful, with Mum's care at the forefront. A special mention to the events team who go above and beyond to make the residents inclusive. Mum enjoys the food, which is always of a very high standard. Mum's room is one of the last to be renovated, even so, it is always tidy and clean. Thank you to all the team.
Our mum has been at this care home for 4 years this year, we can all say how wonderful the staff are. Our mum is always happy, clean and well looked after, the staff give 100% and they always keep you updated with her health and well-being.
My mum has been at Blair Park care home since October 2022 and the staff have always been helpful and supportive. As Mum's needs have changed, staff have adapted their care and ensured that she is happy, well fed and personal care met. The management team are always available for a chat to check on how she is doing and are approachable and ready to listen. The meals provided for her are varied, plentiful and she has a choice at all meal times, she is also provided with snacks and drinks throughout the day and a well-needed ice cream or lolly during the hot weather. Her room is always clean and her clothes are washed daily. The entertainment staff provide activities daily and she is always encouraged to join in. Local entertainers visit and birthday celebrations are promoted. Trips out planned for different residents, this month 7 residents went to a local farm which was very well planned and last Saturday they held a Dementia walk and many residents were enabled to join in with the help of staff.
All my concerns about my mum going to live in a care home disappeared when she moved into Blair Park care home last year. Mum settled in very well. The room she was in was clean, bright and with all her personal things around her, looked lovely. The management and all the staff are wonderful, warm and friendly. They are always happy to chat at any time about Mum. They all work really hard to meet the needs of all the residents. I visit most days and the residents are always content and the staff always greet me with a smile and a cup of tea. The residents can join in with a large range of fun activities and outings organised by the entertainment coordinators. The kitchen staff provide delicious homemade meals. Also tea, coffee and treats throughout the day. Everybody is catered for. The cleaning and laundry staff work very hard to maintain a very high standard at all times. I cannot praise Blair Park enough and would highly recommend it as a happy, secure place for your loved one.
I cannot put into words just how much love and admiration I have for the lovely staff at Blair Park Care Home. My mum spent the last four years of her life at the home, a decision that we now know was the best one we could have made. She was so happy there and they became a second family to her which, for me, was so comforting as I live some distance away. Her last few months were challenging and despite the continuous support and care they gave to Mum, she ended her days there peacefully, not alone but with someone with her all the time, something I will forever be grateful for as I could not get there in time. Thank you all.
My Mum moved into Blair Park Care Home in October last year and right from the start the Management and staff have been supportive, helpful and ready to listen to concerns and discuss Mums care. Even though she has Dementia she says she wouldn't want to be anywhere else and loves her room with all her personal items. The staff are friendly and work extremely hard meeting residents needs and providing a safe and secure environment. The entertainment co-ordinators provide a variety of activities and the kitchen staff offer options for every meal and there are always snacks, cups of tea, cold drinks and a supper if wanted. The cleaning staff have their work cut out with building works going on, will be amazing when finished, and endeavour to maintain a high standard and the laundry ladies never seem to stop. I would definitely recommend Blair Park Care Home as a safe, secure and happy place to be when the time comes.
My mother has been at Blair Park care home for just over a year now, and from the very start, the staff have been amazingly caring and attentive to her with the care they provide. There is a good selection of food at meal times, and the staff always provide cups of tea etc, throughout the day. The activity coordinator does a good job of putting on events and arranging games for everyone to take part in.
From the first time I visited Blair Park care home, I found the staff very professional and caring. I've been very impressed with the care my mother is receiving and have no doubts that she will continue to receive high standards of care. The meals are home cooked and well presented and the activities are well planned with there being a good variety of activities to take part in ranging from puzzles to gardening.
My mum moved to Blair Park Care Home 2 months ago, the staff are amazing, kind, and caring and go above and beyond to ensure my mum is safe and well cared for. The manager and her team are brilliant, with great communication, and always keeping me involved in mum's care. The domestics/laundry/kitchen and maintenance teams are always happy and nothing is ever too much trouble. Mum's room is person-centred with all her own furniture and belongings around her, the food is amazing and all mum's needs are catered for. I would recommend Blair Park to anyone looking for a "home from home" for their loved one.
I have found the staff at Blair Park Care Home to be very committed and go above and beyond in delivering good care to my dad. I can ask the staff or home manager any question or request and nothing is too much bother. They have shown my dad much compassion during his time there and can't fault them for the work they do. There is a lovely outdoor courtyard area for residents to go out into and activities are provided with family and friends welcomed to join in or watch the entertainment.
I can’t thank the staff enough at Blair Park Care Home for the care they show and give to my Mum. My Mum has always been treated with respect and dignity, I couldn’t ask for more. I am updated regularly on how she is doing and should I have any questions there is always someone there to help. My Mum has a lovely room which is always kept clean and there are activities every week which she enjoys and takes part in. Thank you all.
The staff have looked after my mum very well during her time at Blair Park. They are all very committed and have a good understanding of dementia. The food is always good, and there is a nice outdoor area which Mum enjoys. I get regular updates on how she is doing, which gives me great peace of mind, and when I visit, it is obvious just by looking at her that she is being well looked after.
Blair Park is a well presented and beautiful care home with committed and caring staff. The manager is friendly and when I have visited have found the care home to always be clean and warm. The home itself is well decorated with nicely furnished bedrooms and a peaceful secluded garden. I would have no hesitancy in recommending Blair Park to anyone looking for a care home for a loved one.
The staff at Blair Park couldn’t be any kinder or caring, my mum is always treated with the utmost respect. Blair Park is a lovely and safe environment for my mum who has dementia. She is able to move around freely and during the warmer months, there is a lovely garden she can go out into. The food is good and there is a wide range of activities that goes on within Blair Park.
The residents at Blair Park are respected as individuals and are treated with dignity. All the care staff go way beyond with their kind and caring attitude towards the residents. There is a range of activities that the home organises and the food is well presented, appetising and my Dads room is clean, warm and homely. Thank you all for everything you do.
I am very impressed with the care my mother is getting at Blair Park Care Home. The staff are very caring and during lockdown kept me informed on how she was doing which was very reassuring to me. When I’ve visited Blair Park I’ve found the living and communal areas to be clean and the food is good with there being a choice of what to eat. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.
The staff are kind caring and have a good rapport with my Dad. The staff have done a great job managing through Covid with facilitating garden visits and phone calls to make sure I can see and stay in touch with my Dad for which I am very grateful for. When I visit Blair Park Care Home it has a very homely feel to it and has always been clean and tidy. Thank you all for the great work you do.
Blair Park is a lovely care home and has looked after my father remarkably well. The staff and management are caring, approachable and are good at letting me know if there are any problems with my father's health. The food is wholesome and there is a lovely garden area which my father enjoys spending time in during the warmer months. For anyone looking for a care home, I would highly recommend Blair Park.
The care my father is getting at Blair Park care home is very good. It’s not been easy over the last year due to the pandemic, however, I am happy knowing that my father has been so well cared for during these tricky times and the staff have taken the time to inform me on how my father's wellbeing is. There is wi-fi which has given me the chance to video call my father to see how he is doing. The home is bright, spacious, well maintained and clean. Thank you.
My sister and I have nothing but praise for Blair Park. We were so pleased that the Home turned out to be everything we wanted and our mum has been so happy there during the last year. The manager and her staff are the most wonderful people; always kind, caring and loving, and nothing seems to be too much bother for them. Mum was always clean and well-fed; there were always people to talk to, and she loved to talk! someone to help her and encourage her to take part in activities she hadn't been able to enjoy for many years. I cannot fault Blair Park in any way. This past year has been such a struggle for everybody and we are full of admiration for the way all the staff has maintained such a warm and safe atmosphere for such a long time. Thank you so much, to the manager and everyone for the love you gave to mum. We are so grateful.
A big thank you comes with a sad heart that Mum has left your care. You have all been so kind and loving towards Mum from the moment she entered your care. Your time and understanding with her has allowed us to know that she has always been given a settled environment to live in. I appreciate its not been easy for you since the start of covid, but you all have battled on and put the residents first. I will miss you all and the other resident, but will have fond memories off all the social events that you had and attended. Keep up your good work as you all deserve the highest gratitude's.
I have no words to express my gratitude to all at Blair Care. They took such great care of my Mum. Everyone is so polite, so helpful, so kind, the list of adjectives can go on forever. This is one of the best places and I highly recommend anyone who would like to keep their loved ones in these Angels Care. Truly during this pandemic, everyone at Blair Care had so much time, patience and support to lend to the aged. Thank you all. Much love and regards to these wonder-workers. God bless you and all your families.
The care Blair Park give is second to none. I always receive a warm welcome from the care team and the staff always have time for the residents and their families, I can't fault them. The home is very well organised and there is usually some sort of activity taking place, whether its an entertainer, artists and crafts or a trips out. The home is kept clean, safe and the food is varied, of a high standard and snacks and drinks are available at all times.
We would like to thank you and your staff for looking after our Mother so well for the past 20 months. Her health and well-being improved in leaps and bounds once she became settled at Blair Park. It was lovely to see her smartly turned out, with freshly styled hair, gloriously colourful nail polish and more often than not munching on some tasty snack! It was also great to hear of all the activities that sh had been involved with; drawing, bingo, flower arranging, raffles and even a little singing and dancing! We have no doubt that the constant social interaction along with being well nurtured help our Mother to live as full a life as possible in spite of her various physical ailments and dementia.
For the 3 years that my Mum was resident in Blair Park she only ever received the best care, until her illness, which caused her difficulties she was very happy. She was always treated with great respect and the family welcomed when visiting.
The care of my Grandad was exceptional, from the day he moved in until he recently passed away. The staff are amazing. He was so well looked after and we are especially grateful for the care and attention in his final days and hours. Thank you for giving us peace of mind.
My sister and I chose this home for our 97 year old aunt, as we felt it had such a homely and welcoming atmosphere. We are so impressed with the way our aunt is looked after by the wonderful, kind and caring staff. Although she was reluctant to leave her flat, our aunt has thrived in this home and seems so much happier. There are activities and entertainment to stimulate and enjoy, as well as lots of little treats - chocolate bars, fruit or ice cream in the afternoon. We would not hesitate to recommend this outstanding care home.
The staff at Blair Park are dedicated and personable. My sister is in good hands, she is treated with respect and professionalism. The premises are well maintained and clean. Each resident is treated as an individual with careful care.
My mother lived here for the last 3 years of her life. All the staff treated her with dignity and respect and they went out of their way particularly for the last 6 months of her life. I cannot thank them enough for their support.
As a family, we are more than happy with the level of care shown to my mother. The staff are friendly and caring. My mother is happy and well looked after and a difficult decision has proven to be the right decision.
After a very difficult decision to put mum in a care home. As a family, we cannot praise Blair Park enough. The care mum has received and the support we have had has been excellent. The staff are warm, caring and nothing is too much trouble. There is always a lovely atmosphere when we go and visit. We as a family couldn't be happier.
We visited a number of care homes before choosing Blair Park. We were struck with the warm feeling you got when entering. The staff are excellent, caring and friendly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for any of them. There is a wonderful feeling of happiness in the home.
To all the staff at Blair Park, thank you for the loving care you gave my mother. From the laundry staff, cooks and carers I am grateful from the bottom of my heart. You cared for her as if she was one of your own family. I will never forget the support you gave to me and my father.
We cannot put into words how grateful we are for the love and care you have give our Grandma over the past few years. At such a difficult time for our family it has brought us much comfort knowing that she has been in the best place possible, under your care. She was the most thoughtful and caring lady who spent a lot of her time helping others and she would be so thankful for everything you have done.
To all the staff at Blair Park Care Home. Many many thanks for taking such good care of our Mum. It was always such a great comfort for us knowing that she was well cared for. It is a very difficult job and you all carried out your roles with dignity and respect. Thank you.
My wife and I want to thank you and your staff for helping to make my mothers 90th birthday celebration so successful, we all had a great afternoon, thank you.
I am writing to thank you and your staff for organising such a wonderful party for mu mothers 90th birthday. She had a marvellous time as did the family and it was good that we were able to help celebrate the other two birthdays that occurred on the same day. What a great party atmosphere! Everything combined to make a memorable time. The entertainment, the mayors visit, the flowers, balloons, cake and food....and the Sherry! Above all what made the day so special was the way staff worked so hard to ensure that everyone had such a good birthday experience. Thank you all.
A big thank you to all the staff at Blair Park for the care our loved one received from you during her stay. She was always so well looked after and we know just how much she appreciated your thoughtfulness and consideration of her needs. We know you have a very difficult job to do and it takes special people like you to maintain such a high level of care, sometimes in very touch circumstances. In recent years, as her dementia took a greater and greater toll on her life, she was no longer the special lady we all knew and loved, but you all continued to care for her. For this we thank you so much for.
My mum suffers from dementia and needs twenty-four-hour care. We looked at several homes in the area but settled on Blair Park.It was so homely when we walked in. We found the staff so caring and helpful. Such a lovely atmosphere and mum settled in so well and is very happy there.

That's all I wanted, my mum to be cared for and happy after a life devoted to others.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do and if I need care in the future I hope you're there for me.

We are impressed with the staff involving the residents in many activities. Our queries and questions are always attended to and acted on where needed. We have recommended Blair Park to others and will continue to do so.
We feel very satisfied with the care and attention my mother receives from the home and the friendliness of the staff.
Before Mum needed more care than I could give, I had a bad image of care homes in my head. Then I learnt what a good care home is like. Blair Park gave mum the care and attention all of us need. She was happy there and for that, I am so grateful. The staff treat the residents with respect. The atmosphere is one of happiness and comfort. The staff are cheerful and ensure that everyone is cared for properly. I could not have found a better place for Mum to end her days.
The staff at this care home are always welcoming and approachable. They always have time for the residents and chat to them by name. The residents here enjoy the activities that are set out for them and there is generally plenty going on but obviously, there is down time too.
I found the home to feel a warm and friendly place, the staff of all ages keen to please and very helpful. I have recommended it to all the people looking for a safe place for their loved ones.
Whenever I have visited staff have been very welcoming. My aunt is clean and tidy sitting in her favourite place if this is what she wants. Drinks food and snacks are given regularly and offered to residents. This includes fruit and sweets as a treat between meals. They provide activities weekly. Also, a hairdresser and chiropodist visit regularly. They also have visiting singers- musicians- acts over the year. There is a garden area and patio area used in good weather and also used for activities.
After researching other local facilities with both my parents they decided to apply to Blair Park. Since arriving they have both been cared for extremely well. They have a lovely double room which is always very clean and warm. All the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I feel my parents have been very lucky to have a place at Blair Park as it's now become a place they call home.
Staff are very good. Residents are kept active where possible with regular things on to keep them entertained using music and singing, professional entertainers used regularly. Ladies have their hair and nails done and males are kept smart with hair and nails kept neat - a very important thing to me. Relatives are encouraged to visit and get involved with everything. A very happy home.
